What time is the room available on the day of arrival? And at what time do we need to vacate it the day we leave?
On the day you arrive, the room is available from 3 p.m., with check-out possible until 11 a.m.
Is it possible to arrive before 3 p.m.?
You can arrive earlier, but we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready. When this is the case, you can leave your bags in the luggage storage. If you would like your room to be ready before 3 p.m., an additional charge of €50 will be requested (subject to room availability).
Is it possible to leave after 11 a.m.?
You can leave after 11 a.m. In this case, an extra charge of €70 will be requested (subject to availability).
I plan to arrive late, what happens then?
No problem: our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Where can I park my car?
Since the Vieux Port is pedestrianised, we advise you to follow directions for the Parking du Vieux Port Ouest/Esplanade Saint Jean d’Acre.
You can park in various car parks near the hotel.
Vieux Port Ouest/Esplanade Saint Jean d’Acre car park: located approximately 50 m from the hotel. Paying from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (preferential rates).
Prefecture car park (Place Maréchal Foch): 200 m from the hotel. Paying from 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. (€9.50 for a full day - free Sundays and public holidays).
Les Allées du Mail: approximately 450 m from the hotel. Free parking on the sea side, parking meter on the Parks side.
Underground car parks: Vieux Port Sud car park and Verdun car park.
How about if we are travelling with our baby?
We will provide cots, subject to availability, and we will do everything in our power to make your visit go smoothly.
Baby cots cannot be used in COSY rooms. For COMFORT rooms, please contact us in advance so we can prepare your visit in the best possible conditions.
Can I come with my pet?
We accept animals (except exotic pets). The supplement is €10 a day.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Our hotel does not have a restaurant, but our staff will be happy to share recommendations for nearby places to eat. We also have a snack menu featuring products from our region: cheese and charcuterie platters, local table spreads, bowls and so forth.
What are the hours for room service?
Are you feeling peckish? Room service is available from 6:30 am to 11 pm to satisfy your craving for something sweet or savoury.
What interesting things are there to do and see nearby?
Our hotel is ideally located in the Vieux Port, directly in front of the shuttles to Île de Ré, Aix and Oléron.
You will find many bars and restaurants close to the hotel, and all the interesting things to do and see can be found in the "Tourism" section.
I have a bicycle, where can i park it ?
You can safely park your bikes at the Cours des Dames, just next to the hotel. The dedicated space is a public area under video surveillance.
